We’re seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to help support our expanding global sales operations. You will work closely with our international sales team to: create quotes, coordinate renewals, manage approvals and other wise support global sales efforts. Additional responsibilities include managing document automation templates, compliance requests, and assisting with customer onboarding and licensing. The ideal candidate is comfortable learning new systems and processes and adapting as our operations evolve.



Responsibilities:
  • Become an inside power user of our CRM system to support the sales team.
  • Maintain client data integrity in CRM, including name changes and transitions, account hierarchy and relationships, and customer pricing.
  • Work with the sales team to create quotes and route them through our approval process.
  • Manage Support Renewals, ensuring timely delivery of renewal quotes to customers and coordinating with sales on lapsed and expired contracts.
  • Coordinate with product management to maintain the Product Catalog.
  • Complete customer onboarding and compliance requests including forms and online surveys.
  • Monitor and assist with customer licensing requests and generate evaluation licenses for the sales team.
  • Maintain standards for workflow and completion of business related documents and documentation.


Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Previous experience with CRM systems (such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot) or similar relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of working with sales teams and automated sales processes
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Detail-oriented and can effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

  • BA/BS degree is preferred
  • Hands-on experience working in Salesforce
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI and Power Automate.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support/administration 


Pay Range:
USD $66,000.00 - USD $78,000.00 /Yr.
