For site in Prague (Traction Power Systems), we are looking for Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of railway traction substation projects in Czech Republic. You will oversee construction activities and the installation of key electrical systems (MV, transformers, DC switchgear, LV, SCADA), ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality execution.

In this role you will perform the following tasks:

    • Manage all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards
    • Coordinate civil, mechanical, and electrical works
    • Supervise installation and integration of MV, transformers, DC, LV, and SCADA systems
    • Act as the main interface between contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
    • Plan and coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover
    • Ensure quality control, documentation, and resolution of non-conformities
    • Enforce HSE standards and safe working practices
    • Report progress and maintain accurate site records
