Requirements:
Prepare and serve meals in accordance with resident dietary needs, physician orders, and nutritional guidelines
Ensure food quality, proper portioning, and timely meal service
Monitor food inventory levels and place supply orders as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and work environment in compliance with health regulations
Supervise and provide guidance to dietary assistants as assigned
Follow all infection control, safety, and sanitation procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience cooking in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred
Strong understanding of dietary needs and food safety regulations
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
