Summary: This position will be responsible for generating sales and opportunities for semiconductor testing and/or reliability services. Duties include price negotiations, increasing sales in existing accounts as well as forecasting sales. Candidate will also act as liaison between technical groups as well as manage support from multiple factories / suppliers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Follow up on day to day issues such as customer requests for WIP status
- Calls on management representatives such as engineers, or other professional and technical personnel at commercial, industrial, and other establishments and attempts to convince prospective client of desirability and practicability of services offered.
- Reviews blueprints, plans, and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates or projected increases in production from client's use of proposed equipment or services.
- Provide technical support to Sales support, Account Managers, and customers
- Draws up sales or service contract for products or services
- Assists in identifying customer needs and sales opportunities to maximize and grow sales
- Monitoring cycle times or fast tracks and basic engineering information
- Develop, supervise and coordinate activities for Sales Support personnel.
- Refer opportunities for the companys other services to customers
