Position Summary: Recruits top talent to meet the hiring demands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Develop and maintain a network of professionals to build talent pipelines. Screen and present qualified candidates to match hiring profiles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Screen candidates against hiring requirements to identify qualified candidates.
Develop creative marketing campaigns to attract a diverse slate of passive candidates.
Conduct high volume sourcing to meet weekly production targets.
Manage job postings.
Develop innovative sourcing/recruiting strategies and resources.
Prioritize recruitment efforts to meet business priorities and recruitment goals.
Collaborate with cross functional departments to drive the recruiting process to success.
Qualifications
Two years of talent acquisition experience preferred
High-volume recruiting experience a plus
Successful history of achieving recruiting goals
Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality
Ability to effectively manage competing demands
Education and/or Experience:
Associate degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related field of study or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience preferred.
Language Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability influence.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of talent acquisition technologies, including applicant tracking systems, social networking sites, and job boards.
