As a Production Operator at our facility, you will be working as part of a crew assisting the manufacturing process for insulation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Packaging the insulation
- Troubleshooting of machinery
- Verifying the quality of product
- General housekeeping and safety practices
- Repurposing the insulation
Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- MUST HAVE 3+ years experience in Manufacturing, Machine Operating, or Packaging experience
- Must be able to secure and maintain a forklift driver’s license
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Available to work rotating shifts (rotates from days to night)
- Must be able to pass WorkKeys assessment

Shift Schedule (Rotating Shift):
- 7am-7pm (3 days on)
- 3 days off
- 7pm-7am (3 nights on)
- 3 days off
Pay Rate:
- Day shift: $29.14
- Night shift: $30.14
- Holiday pay
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

The hourly rate for this position is $29.14.
