This role creates engaging assets across digital, print, social, event, and promotional channels while supporting a high volume of projects, often under tight deadlines. The Graphic Designer works closely with project managers, marketing partners, writers, designers, and program teams to deliver creative work that aligns with CMN’s design systems, style guides, brand standards, and fundraising goals.

Core Duties

  2. Production and File Preparation: Design and produce a high volume of quality art files using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools; prepare final production-ready files for print and digital use, including layout, typography, image sizing, color adjustments, and photo retouching as needed.
  3. Project Execution and Asset Management: Manage multiple projects at the same time from concept through final delivery, meeting timelines and quality standards while archiving projects and assets according to naming and file structure conventions on the Creative Server.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with project managers, marketing leads, writers, designers, program teams, and other internal clients to keep deliverables on track, respond to requests for logos and other design elements, and bring creative ideas to life in support of fundraising and brand goals.
  5. Creative Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute design concepts and points of view early in the creative process, research emerging design and digital best practices, and apply constructive feedback from creative team members, peers, and internal clients.

Additional Duties

  1. Set up signage and provide creative support for internal and external events.
  2. Coordinate with external vendors to meet print and production specifications.
  3. Assist with packing, shipping, lifting, and moving event materials and signage as needed.
  4. Support image preparation, photo editing, retouching, file conversion, and visual asset updates.
  5. Maintain organized project files, templates, design assets, and shared resources.
  6. Use project management and proofing tools to support workflow, feedback, and approvals.
  7. Participate in industry conferences, training, team meetings, and creative planning sessions.
  8. Support evolving organizational needs with flexibility, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
