What You Can Expect:
- Receive and log incoming calls for service; determine nature, location, and priority of call. Enter information in dispatch system and contact appropriate emergency responders.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Answer all emergency and non-emergency phone lines including calls from mobile phones and patrols.
Handle requests from field personnel/officers for tows, ambulances, fire, special equipment, or service resolution needs.
- Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
- Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
- Provide detailed written reports.
- Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
- Strong computer / technology skills needed.
- Prior security control room experience preferred.
Customer service background preferred.
Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!!
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
Must be able to utilize multiple systems simultaneously to maintain situational awareness.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
