岗位说明 / Job Responsibilities

• 建立高效 Deal Desk,规范价格审批、合同与合规流程,提升成交效率与风控水平。
  - Establish an efficient Deal Desk with standardized pricing approval, contract, and compliance processes.
• 搭建业务运营仪表盘与分析模型,识别风险并提出对策。
  - Build ops dashboards and analytics (revenue, margin, funnel, backlog) to flag risks and propose mitigations.
• 作为流程 Owner 推动系统与工具的持续优化与自动化。
  - Own process improvement and toolchain optimization/automation).
• 跨部门协同确保项目按期交付与风险可控。
  - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and risk control.
岗位要求 / Qualifications
• 本科及以上学历,工程、运营管理或商业分析背景优先。
  - Bachelor's degree or above; engineering, operations, or business analytics preferred.
• 5 年以上销售运营/PMO/业务分析/流程管理经验,有汽车电子经验加分。
  - 5+ years in sales operations/PMO/business analytics/process management; automotive experience is a plus.
• 熟练使用 Excel/Power BI/CRM/CPQ,具数据建模与可视化能力。
  - Proficiency with Excel/Power BI/CRM/CPQ; capable of data modeling and visualization.
• 了解汽车项目节奏与交付要求。
  - Understanding of project cadence and delivery requirements from RFQ to samples to SOP.
• 细致严谨、执行力强,具备跨部门协作与推进能力。
