Human Resources Generalist

We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist to help create a seamless, supportive experience for our team members from hire to retirement.


Pay & Schedule

  • Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.63 per hour (based on experience and education)

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

What does a day in the life look like?

As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll be a key player in the team member lifecycle:

  • Maintain and organize team member files with accuracy and confidentiality

  • Manage team member data in HRIS systems (Dayforce) including benefits and education records

  • Assist team members with benefits enrollment, questions, COBRA, and billing

  • Support offboarding processes

  • Support FMLA and leave of absence processes

  • Assist with worker’s compensation and unemployment claims

  • Prepare and distribute monthly HR and operations reports

  • Continuously improve processes and documentation within the department


What should you bring?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, benefits, ADA required

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfort using HR systems and technology efficiently

  • Ability to remain calm, flexible, and professional in stressful situations

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
