Laborers - Installers 

If you're hard-working, reliable, eager to learn, and ready to join an industry-leading, then opportunity awaits at American Fence Company. In the past year, we've promoted 12% of our combined workforce across our divisions, and we're looking for Construction Laborers/Commercial Fence Installers to get in on the ground level. 

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. Those with serious driving violations, or more than a few violations, should not apply. American Fence Company is a drug-free workplace. All candidates offered employment must successfully complete criminal background checks and drug screens, in accordance with federal and local regulations and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks on construction sites in all weather conditions.
• Can safely use hand and power tools and accurately read a tape measure. 
• Motivated to work with team members to ensure projects are completed correctly and on-time.
• Previous construction or fence installation experience helpful.
• Valid driver's license (required); CDL a plus!

Summary

Compensation & Benefits

• $23 - $25 per hour
• Tools provided
• No weekends
