You’ll begin your journey with comprehensive, fully paid training, guided by experienced travel professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Upon successful completion, you’ll transition into a Travel Consultant role, with long-term career pathways and growth opportunities within Ignite’s My Holidays team.

Your daily responsibilities will include:



  • Selling and booking compelling holiday packages tailored to customer needs

  • Converting warm leads into loyal, satisfied customers

  • Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets


 


Who you are:



  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-facing role preferred, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service

  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage positively with customers

  • Basic technical proficiency, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to develop a career in travel and sales
