Nurse Practitioner (APRN) — Physician Clinics (Harrison, AR)

As a Clinic Nurse Practitioner (APRN) at NARMC, you’ll deliver evidence-based primary care across the lifespan—evaluating, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic conditions—while coordinating labs/imaging, referrals, and follow-ups. You’ll practice at the top of your license in a collaborative, team-based clinic alongside physicians, RNs, and care coordinators.

Job Summary
Provide primary medical care within scope and protocols: histories/physicals, preventive care, ordering/interpreting diagnostics, developing plans of care, documentation, and team collaboration; support clinic education and policy updates with Medical Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform H&Ps, wellness visits, and chronic care management; order/interpret labs and imaging.
- Formulate and document plans of care; discuss cases with collaborating physicians as needed.
- Participate in clinic policy updates, education, and team meetings; support nurse/tech supervision per policy.
Job Qualifications
Required
- Graduate of accredited APRN program; current Arkansas APRN license and national NP certification; BLS; ACLS.
Preferred
- Primary care experience; leadership and team education skills.
Compensation & Schedule
- Status: Parttime
- Schedule: Weekday clinic hours; limited after-hours as needed
