Project Administrator - Medford, OR

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our Implementations Team throughout the full lifecycle of customer projects and work orders. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are set up accurately, tracked effectively, and coordinated seamlessly across internal teams and customers.

Pay: $50K - $60K year DOE

Location: Medford, OR Preferred.

What You�ll Do

  • Support the Implementations Team from project kickoff through final close-out

  • Manage initial job activation, including project setup, communication, and tracking

  • Create and maintain job folders and internal tasks; coordinate project kickoff and closure meetings

  • Partner with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to monitor timelines and hardware availability

  • Maintain job status boards and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders

  • Assist in planning and facilitating weekly internal and customer-facing meetings

  • Track project progress and conduct initial close-out reviews, audits, and reporting

  • Coordinate change orders internally and with customers to ensure proper documentation and execution

  • Communicate directly with customers regarding project status as needed

  • Perform additional administrative duties, including pulling project materials and assisting with procurement and shipping activities

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor�s degree preferred

  • 2�3 years of experience in project administration, project management support, or a similar role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • High attention to detail and follow-through

  • Proficiency with project tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools

Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
