Job Title: Afterhours Operations Rep
Department: Customer Operations
Position Type: Full-Time Regular
Set up : Hybrid (3 days office x 2 days home)
Travel: 0% of time
Hours of Work: 40 hrs / week
Reports to: Manager, Customer Operations
Shift pattern:
Thursday - Monday +Sunday
Tuesday – Saturday
Shifts start at: 08:00 and 00:00.
Starting time changes every two weeks. Shift pattern changes weekly.
How You’ll have an Impact:
You will coordinate the day-to-day after-hours operations for varied customers. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service to both carriers and clients, manage loads and written and verbal communication.
Your role will require high level of focus and attention to details, making sure service levels are always at their best.
Essential Functions:
Answer inbound calls and assist drivers, carriers, and customers as needed
Prioritize and communicate internally and externally in an effective and professional manner using the appropriate method of communication.
Make outbound calls to track and update status of existing shipments
Identify, resolve, and/or escalate any issues related to daily volume.
Build and maintain relationships with external carrier & customer contacts
Understand account operations and execute on exceptional customer service
Facilitate internal relationships with customer operations and other departments
Support Operations and Network departments in day-to-day operational duties – load building, rate audit, tracking and communication with external parties
Essential Competencies:
Skills
Communication – You will be speaking with external stakeholders over the phone & contact them through e-mail
Problem Solving – Operations Reps must be able to critically solve issues as they arise
Organization – Prioritization & time management are key
Extreme multi-tasking ability – due to variety of processes
Attention to detail and confident decision-making skills
Languages
Ability to speak English and Polish fluently
Additional language proficiency/fluency is a plus
