George Rogers Clark Middle School Additional Information: Show/Hide - Serve as the primary office greeter, welcoming visitors, students, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Monitor door entry, manage student sign-in/sign-out, and process Safe Visitor scans for security compliance.
- Assist with clerical duties including mail sorting, faxing, and maintaining the bell schedule.
- Support attendance processes by assisting with calls and recordkeeping.
- Track and distribute Chromebooks for students, maintaining accurate records.
- Provide clerical support for athletics, including scheduling, communication, and event preparation.
- Coordinate transportation needs for daily operations, event buses, and extracurricular activities.
- Prepare programs for school events and awards ceremonies.
- Communicate regularly with administrators, staff, students, and families to provide information and support daily operations.
- Use the transportation radio to collaborate with bus staff and ensure smooth scheduling for students and events.
- Partner with athletic staff and administrators to coordinate athletic events, transportation, and programs.
- Relay phone calls, messages, and communications accurately and promptly to the appropriate personnel.
