Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager of Reservations to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire excellence and foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities include promoting a motivating atmosphere, implementing innovative incentive programs, actively participating in meetings, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. As a Manager, you will evaluate agent performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, deliver seamless memorable guest experiences, serve as an escalation point responsible for solving complex guest issues, and oversee payroll and schedule. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. This position is remote within the state of Florida.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.

- Proven experience in reservations management or a similar role.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in reservation systems and software.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
