• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• Languages: English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience: Erasmus, internships, or hands-on projects in automation are highly valued.
• Following skills are desirable and part of graduate immersion:
  • PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
  • Knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial networking
  • Familiarity with Python or C++ for automation tasks
  • First touchpoints with AI (Generative AI, ML, Computer Vision AI)
