Automation engineers are key to driving operational excellence. They enable efficiency gains through smart systems, automation integration, and process optimization. By leveraging real-time data and advanced analytics, they empower data-driven decisions that reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance quality—making automation a cornerstone of sustainable growth and competitiveness.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Languages: English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience: Erasmus, internships, or hands-on projects in automation are highly valued.
- Following skills are desirable and part of graduate immersion:
- PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
- Knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial networking
- Familiarity with Python or C++ for automation tasks
- First touchpoints with AI (Generative AI, ML, Computer Vision AI)
