- Responsible for the top of funnel results for four brands across ten US and Canada local, state, and nationwide job markets.
- Manage digital advertising sources, including job boards, PPC, radio, print, retargeting, and paid social.
- Oversee ad content creation, including ad copy and graphic design and video content.
- Create and manage job postings content, titles, and placement optimizing for job sets for efficacy
- Manage recruitment marketing budget and mix to drive to cost per application and improve candidate quality.
- Manage the applicant tracking system as it relates to marketing automation and candidate experience.
- Integrate marketing systems into existing talent acquisition technologies.
- Analyze data to improve marketing results over time, identifying trends, and making adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure strong workforce planning and adjust campaigns to align with changing business requirements.
- Build the employer brand and identify opportunities to position company in the market.
- Track and report on recruitment marketing KPI's and budget to senior leadership
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a high-volume hiring environment
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or business intelligence platforms to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in digital online marketing, including job boards, PPC, and social media.
- Experience in below the line marketing such as e-mail, text, and direct mail
- Experience in above the line marketing such as print, television, and radio
- Experience using insights, behavioral data, and campaign performance data to understand candidate data and inform strategic plans deeply
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others
- Able to consistently nail details, driving process and managing to goals
- Ability to work autonomously to learn new systems, educate yourself on current trends, and deliver results
- Must be independent and trustworthy to take on and manage relationships, while also being a team player and communicative with a broad set of stakeholders
- Results and detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to prioritize among a wide array of tasks and responsibilities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS, Teleo, Bullhorn, and BambooHR
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience with Google Adwords, Indeed, and other digital recruitment marketing platform

- Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) OR (SPHR) Certification and/or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) OR (SHRM-SCP)
