Project Manager – Lead Large-Scale Commercial Self-Storage Facility Builds

Job Overview:

  • Company: Rapid Construction Solutions LLC.

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $100,000 - $130,000 per year (Based on experience) plus Performance Bonus.

  • Location: Florida and Southeast Region (Travel Required).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday.

  • Project Scope: Commercial / Industrial Self-Storage.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Drivers license

The Opportunity: You will serve as a high-impact leader managing the design and execution of premier self-storage facilities across the Southeast. This role empowers you to oversee multi-million dollar projects from inception to completion while managing diverse field teams. You will drive excellence in a company that has completed over $100 million in projects and values professional accountability.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Direct day-to-day operations for multiple commercial projects to ensure strict adherence to timelines and safety standards.

  • Supervise and mentor field Superintendents to guarantee high-quality installations and compliance with company protocols.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and building owners to define complex project scopes and build-out requirements.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive construction schedules using Microsoft Project to maintain project transparency.

  • Manage project budgets, estimates, and change orders to ensure financial objectives and cost-control measures are met.

  • Facilitate project closeout procedures, including punch lists and client walkthroughs, to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.

  • Proven ability to lead field Superintendents and manage multi-site project teams.

  • Strong proficiency in reading construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word for project documentation.

  • Willingness to travel to various job sites throughout the East Coast as required.
