What LC Offers:
4 Day School Week
$1,500 Above State Base Salary
$750 Retention Stipend paid at Christmas
$338 per month toward employee insurance
$3,000 Curriculum Stipend
$4,000–$8,000 Teacher Retention Allotment based on experience

Soon to be TIA Eligible
Leverett’s Chapel ISD has completed its application for the Teacher Incentive Allotment. Our local plan is eligible for payouts beginning August 2028. Based on this year’s average campus allotment, designated teachers would have received:
Recognized: $7,463
Exemplary: $14,926
Master: $26,876

Qualifications
Applicants must hold a valid Texas teaching certificate in Core Subjects EC–6 or another appropriate elementary certification. A minimum of three years of classroom experience is preferred; however, it is not required. Candidates should demonstrate strong instructional practices, effective classroom management, and a clear commitment to student success.
