Valuations Australia is a growing full-service valuation company, completing property, business and plant and equipment valuations that has recently expanded into the last three states in Australia, making it a truly national brand.
We are seeking out an experienced, API-qualified Property Valuer to join our team.
This role reports to the General Manager and is based out of Melbourne.
Your new role
We are providing a contract or salary based opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Property Valuer to join the team. As a member of our team you will be given the responsibility to work autonomously and set your own work schedule.
Your job tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Undertake valuations across a range of property types with a focus on residential, commercial and industrial
- Inspect property within (and sometimes outside) the metro area
- Research and value property using standard templates (these will be provided for you)
Requirements
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:
- Have a minimum of 5-years-experience as a Certified Practising Valuer
- Be registered with the API
- Proven skills in Microsoft Office (exposure to Microsoft Word important)
- Be comfortable using G Suite (including Google Calendar)
