Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our Real Estate Registration Trustee office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in client relationship management, real estate transactions, and customer service within the UAE real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, developers, investors, banks, and corporate clients

·       Assist clients with property registration, transfer, and trustee-related services

·       Guide clients through documentation requirements and transaction procedures

·       Coordinate with Dubai Land Department, developers, banks, and relevant authorities for smooth transaction processing

·       Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently

·       Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai Land Department policies and regulations

·       Maintain accurate records of client interactions, registrations, and transaction documents

·       Monitor transaction progress and provide regular updates to clients

·       Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building

·       Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to maintain long-term business relationships

·       Promote company services to real estate agencies, developers, and business partners

·       Support walk-in clients and provide consultation on registration procedures and related services

·       Prepare reports on client activities, transaction status, and business development performance

·       Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of all transactions

·       Achieve assigned sales and customer satisfaction targets

·       Attend meetings, networking events, and industry activities to expand business connections

·       Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

·       Assist management in implementing strategies to improve client retention and business growth
