E-COMMERCE LOGISTICS & FULFILLMENT ANALYST

Position Summary
The E-Commerce Logistics & Fulfillment Analyst supports the execution and optimization of warehouse and fulfillment operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role ensures accurate order processing, inventory integrity, and effective coordination between warehouse operations, logistics, and cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor daily e-commerce fulfillment activities, including order processing, shipping documentation, invoicing, and system updates across platforms such as Amazon and internal ERP systems
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through transaction monitoring, cycle counts, and adherence to established rotation practices (e.g., FEFO)
  • Support warehouse operations through employee schedule coordination, data entry, and activity tracking; identify and escalate discrepancies to management
  • Analyze operational performance and generate reports related to order fulfillment, inventory status, and productivity metrics
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize packaging and operational workflows
  • Manage vendor relationships and support the procurement and control of operational supplies
  • Oversee returns processing and product disposition, including donations and expired inventory, in accordance with company policies
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to action plans that address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or e-commerce fulfillment environments
  • Working knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and support operational decision-making
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, warehouse environment
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

  • This is an administrative position based in a warehouse environment and requires regular interaction with operational teams
