| Required Qualifications: | Belmont University seeks to attract and retain highly qualified faculty and staff who will support our mission and vision. As a Christ-centered and student-focused community, we aim to: Required: A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree; board certification in a relevant specialty; a minimum of 5-7 years of clinical practice experience is required. This ensures that the candidate has sufficient practical experience to guide students effectively, and academic experience. Preferred: Experience in academic medicine is ideal but not a requirement; including teaching medical students and/or residents. This typically ranges from 3-5 years. |
