Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, and emergency care during air and ground transport.
- Accurately document medical care, assessments, and billing information.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Support outreach and community engagement efforts.
- Participate in ongoing training, clinical rotations, and continuing education.
- Maintain required certifications and meet annual competency standards.
- Work under the Medical Director and report to the Clinical Services Manager.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of employment.
- 3–5 years of critical care or emergency experience.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one trauma certification (TNCC, ITLS, PHTLS, etc.); NRP preferred.
- Ability to obtain CFRN within 24 months.
- Previous flight or transport experience preferred.
- Strong communication and basic computer skills.
- Ability to pass physical exam, drug screening, lift up to 100 lbs, and meet weight requirements.
