Business Development / Outside Sales Representative

Location: Port Coquitlam, BC
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $50,000–$80,000 Base Salary + UNCAPPED Commission

This Is Not a Typical Sales Role

This role is for sales professionals who want ownership of a territory, accountability for results, and earnings that scale with performance.

The Opportunity

We are growing and looking for high-performing B2B sales professionals who want to build pipeline, close new business, and be rewarded directly for execution.

This is an outside sales role offering:

  • Autonomy and territory ownership

  • Direct access to leadership

  • Coaching, structure, and accountability

  • An uncapped commission plan with real earning potential

There is a ramp and support. Once established, success in this role is driven by effort, strategy, and consistency.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on new business development.

  • Prospecting new business through outreach, site visits, networking, and referrals

  • Leading discovery conversations with decision-makers

  • Identifying business challenges and positioning solutions that create value

  • Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement

  • Presenting confidently and professionally

  • Partnering with leadership on proposals and deal strategy

  • Owning and growing your local territory

  • Supporting new clients during their first 90 days to ensure long-term success

Local travel is required. This is not a desk-based position.

Who Succeeds in This Role

This role is well-suited for candidates who:

  • Have 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience

  • Are comfortable prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business

  • Are competitive, accountable, and self-motivated

  • Can manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

  • Want to build a long-term role with growth potential

IT experience is not required.


This is not a technical role; training is provided.
