Time Auto Group is looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team!
We’re hiring Automotive Sales Consultants across multiple dealership locations within our auto group! As a Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through one of the most important purchases they’ll make—helping them find the right vehicle while delivering a professional, transparent, and enjoyable experience.

Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off - weekends required.
Compensation: Full Commission
Qualifications
(Dependent on location)
- Automotive sales experience preferred (required at select locations).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexible availability including weekends.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Proficient finance knowledge, documentation skills, phone etiquette, effective scheduling.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
What You Will Do:
- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
