Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via email and phone to support daily logistics operations.
- Perform data entry, maintain and update Excel master files, and manage shipment records accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize in-house freight forwarding systems to process, track, and manage shipments.
- Monitor, track, and update shipment statuses as part of daily operational procedures.
- Provide timely and accurate customer support, including real-time shipment tracking updates.
- Organize and manage billing data, including Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking and documentation.
- Troubleshoot operational issues during live shipments and coordinate solutions with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure customer requirements are met by maintaining high service quality and operational accuracy.
- Monitor all cargo movements and provide regular reports to the direct manager.
Qualifications
- Strong team player who also performs well independently.
- Positive, friendly attitude and a respectful, self-motivated disposition with a willingness to learn.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficient in using computers for tracking inventory, maintaining storage records, and creating labels; experienced with MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- 0–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean is required.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Candidates from all experience levels are welcome, including those new to the field.
The base salary range for this role is between $50,000 - $67,000/ Salary, depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
