Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to enhance our HR functions and drive initiatives that promote a thriving workplace culture. This role will involve developing strategies for talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development to align our team’s goals with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligning with the overall business strategy.
    • Manage the recruitment process, talent acquisition, and onboarding of new employees.
    • Oversee performance management systems, ensuring regular evaluations and feedback.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies.
    • Supervise end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS), and timely disbursement.
    • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers regarding employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
    • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
    • Maintain HR metrics and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
