Duties:
- Cleaning and maintaining grounds to ensure a pristine environment
- Operating Sweeper Truck (Valid Driver's license required)
- Snow Removal
- Removing trash, boxes, and debris efficiently
- Operating backpack blowers for thorough cleaning
- Proper placement and management of trash cans
- Other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Adherence to all company and department policies and procedures.
- Commitment to safety guidelines and procedures.
- Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs. - 40 lbs. as needed.
