Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Provide front office support by signing in and greeting visitors, answering and routing incoming phone calls, taking appropriate messages, sorting and distributing mail, preparing UPS packages
  • Assist with recruiting process and facilitating the interview process
  • Routinely work with confidential and sensitive information
  • Oversee interior building issues and liaise with property manager
  • Control and keep track of loaner office key cards at reception desk
  • Mentor and train other administrative staff and any other employees who work at the reception desk
  • Assist with maintaining inventories
  • Assist with maintaining break rooms, conference rooms, and kitchen areas to keep in a clean and orderly fashion
  • Update MailChimp for marketing database
  • Keep floor plans and phone lists up to date
  • Create nameplates and ID badges for local employees
  • Assist with other projects and duties as assigned

What You Bring: 

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year prior customer service, front office, or administrative experience
  • Experience using multi-line phone system
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office
