About the opportunity

An Application Specialist is responsible for ensuring that a particular software application is functioning optimally and meeting the needs of its end-users by providing technical support, monitoring performance, and providing training and guidance.

What you'll get to do

  • Providing technical support to end-users, such as troubleshooting software issues.
  • Answering questions and providing guidance on how to use the software effectively.
  • Ensuring that the software application is functioning optimally by monitoring its performance.
  • Conducting regular maintenance and making updates as needed.
  • Collaborating with developers and other IT professionals to identify and address any issues or bugs in the software application.
  • Providing training and support to new users to ensure that they are able to use the software effectively.
  • Maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles to assist users in resolving issues and answering questions.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest features and updates to the software application, and communicating these changes to end-users.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with different teams 
  • Exposure in SQL, and experience in ERP application will be an advantage.
  • HCM background knowledge 

Working Hours: Night Shift (5 p.m. till 2 a.m.)
