Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership

  • Lead and supervise team members during the shift
  • Assign positions and tasks to staff
  • Coach and support team members to follow brand standards
  • Assist with training new employees
  • Maintain a positive and productive team environment

2. Guest Experience

  • Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service for every guest
  • Resolve guest complaints professionally
  • Maintain drive-thru and front counter efficiency
  • Promote upselling and suggestive selling

3. Operations Management

  • Manage shift operations including front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen
  • Ensure food quality and product consistency
  • Monitor productivity and workflow during the shift
  • Complete opening and closing procedures

4. Food Safety & Cleanliness

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor product freshness and food handling
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining room, kitchen, and restrooms
  • Ensure team members follow health and safety policies

5. Cash & Inventory Control

  • Manage cash registers and count drawers
  • Verify deposits and cash handling procedures
  • Ensure adequate stock levels during the shift
  • Monitor waste and report inventory issues

6. Administrative Tasks

  • Complete shift reports and checklists
  • Coordinate employee breaks and staffing coverage
  • Communicate shift performance and issues to management

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service oriented mindset
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
