Multimedia Coordinator

Remote (Part-time or Freelance, Remote position)

Role Summary

One Firefly is seeking a versatile Multimedia Coordinator to join our team in a part-time or contract (freelance) capacity. In this role, you will provide high-level support to the Media Team Lead in the execution of video production and graphic design services. This role is designed for a skilled creator who can act as an extension of our media leadership, seamlessly pivoting between high-end video post-production and professional graphic design for print and digital media. You will act as a primary liaison between clients and third-party vendors to ensure projects are executed with technical precision and creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Production & Coordination: Oversee the communication, execution, and deployment of the organization’s Video Pioneer related product offerings.

  • Logistics Management: Provide direction to video shoots through the coordination of shot lists with clients and communication with third-party videographers.

  • Post-Production: Work in tandem with the Media Team Lead to ensure all videos are edited, color-graded, and deployed.

  • Graphic Design: Create and edit branding and marketing assets, including logos, brochures, vehicle wraps, social media ads, and business cards.

  • Asset Management: Complete administrative tasks associated with video and design storage, including migration, uploading, tagging, and organization.

  • Departmental Support: Support the greater department with one-off creative initiatives as needed to ensure the success of various media projects.

Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Full professional English proficiency is required for frequent collaboration with North American staff and clients.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a graphic design/video production-related role.

  • Technical Mastery: Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder) and DaVinci Resolve.

  • Production Knowledge: Familiarity with codecs, file formats, resolutions, and frame rates, as well as DSLR video production operations.

  • Design Aesthetic: A strong "eye" for graphic design and branding.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines independently.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills and comfort working on frequent (daily) video conferences.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
