We are currently seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to support our community. This role plays an important part in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform deep cleaning throughout the community

  • Assist with resident apartment turnovers

  • Support general maintenance needs and repairs

  • Contribute to the overall presentation and functionality of the building

Available Shifts / Schedule: M-F Part time 20 hours

Maintenance Assistant / Porter - Summary:

Ensures the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders. This position reports to the Director of Plant Operations.

Maintenance Assistant / Porter - Requirements:

A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
