Job Description

GTA is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our office running smoothly, providing vital support to both management and staff.

This position offers a professional office setting, with regular hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and occasional overtime to meet project deadlines. If you have up to 3 years of administrative experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Phone support
  • Composing, editing and formatting correspondence and reports
  • Copying and scanning documents for distribution to clients
  • Processing timesheets
  • Processing incoming/outgoing mail
  • Preparing FedEx shipments
  • Other various administrative support duties as assigned
