St. Robert Catholic School is growing—and we are looking for a dedicated leader to grow with us! We are seeking a part-time Assistant Principal who is passionate about supporting teachers, inspiring students, and helping shape the future of our faith-filled school community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Faith & Culture
-Support and model the Catholic mission and teachings
-Assist with school liturgies, prayer life, and faith formation
2.Student Support & Discipline
-Serve as a point of contact for student behavior and discipline
-Promote a positive, virtue-based school culture
3.Staff Support & Mentorship
-Support professional growth and development
-Assist with evaluations and instructional support
4. School Operations
-Help manage daily operations (attendance, supervision, scheduling)
-Support communication with families
5. Leadership
-Collaborate with the Principal on strategic planning
-Help ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
-Practicing Catholic committed to Church teachings
-Valid teaching/administrative certification
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Schedule
-Part-time; hours and responsibilities determined in collaboration with the Principal based on school needs.
