About the role

This role plays a key part in shaping the people strategy that enables business success. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with leaders and key stakeholders across Germany and other countries such as Turkey, Pakistan and UAE. Providing your strategic HR guidance, supporting day-to-day HR matters, and helping leaders build strong, high-performing teams.

About the Department

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)  reports to a Senior HR Business partner and is part of a global HR team focused on supporting business growth and organizational effectiveness. The team is structured around a business partnering model where HRBPs support specific countries and work closely with leadership to deliver people-focused solutions.

The candidate needs to thrive with international interaction, and some travel activity.

Your  Responsibilities :

  • Partner with managers and employees to provide day-to-day HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation
  • Manage employee relations matters, including employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes
  • Prepare and review employment contracts, contract amendments, and HR documentation in line with company policy and local labor law
  • Support managers with HR administrative processes such as onboarding documentation, contract updates, and employee record maintenance
  • Lead talent reviews and succession planning processes to identify and develop future leaders
  • Align workforce planning with business strategy, budgets, and growth objectives
  • Design and coordinate structured onboarding programs for leadership and critical hires
  • Facilitate leadership development sessions, training initiatives, and organizational capability programs
  • Support the rollout and adoption of enterprise HR initiatives and HR annual cycles (performance reviews, merit processes, goal setting)
  • Develop and implement change management plans for organizational transformations or restructuring initiatives
  • Advise leaders on organizational design, role clarity, and team effectiveness
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and follow-up action planning

You bring

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
    • Master’s degree is an advantage
    • HR certification such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent preferred
  • Experience
    • 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience
    • Proven experience supporting managers on employee relations, grievances, and performance management
    • Experience preparing employment contracts and HR documentation
    • Experience working in multi-site or matrix organizations
    • Experience in manufacturing, industrial environment is an advantage
  • Skills
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism
    • Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
    • Experience facilitating talent reviews, workforce planning, or succession planning processes
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Nice to have
    • Experience coordinating onboarding and leadership integration programs
    • Experience delivering training or leadership development workshops
