As a Project Manager in Keysight’s Global Service Organisation (KGSO) group you will work as part of a highly talented and passionate multi-discipline team that delivers world class custom services for EV and EVSE. We are looking for an experienced engineer that, with appropriate training, would be capable of becoming a technical expert on Keysight AES solutions.


Responsibilities


  • Accountability for risk assessment, assists external customers in the definition and implementation of upgrades for complex integrated solutions requiring relevant products and services. 

  • Responsibility for costing of customized solutions and ensuring implementation within budgets. 

  • Build and maintain client relationships. 

  • Required knowledge in the field of calibration and its cost calculation
    • Calculation and provision of on-site and accredited calibration pricing
      • Logistics
      • Labor time
      • Travel
      • Per diem / allowances
    • Alignment of calibration scope (channels, systems, KeysightCare components)
    • Technical clarification regarding the serviceability of individual systems
     
  • Cost calculation for project management, service, and upgrade activities
    • Alignment of timelines, start dates, and resources with internal teams
    • Required parts
    • Required equipment
    • Supplier management
    • Project tracking tools
  • Interface & stakeholder management
    • Close alignment with Sales, Business Development, Engineering, and external partners
    • Direct customer contact to clarify technical, commercial, and organizational topics
    • Participation in internal and external alignment and review meetings
    • Organize and conduct on-site customer meetings
  • Documentation & administration
    • Creation, maintenance, and distribution of technical and commercial documents (quotes, cover letters, costing files)
    • Provision of labels, instructions, and additional information for customers
    • Support internal alignment on Salesforce entries & upgrades
  • Internal processes & collaboration
    • Regular participation in weekly jour fixe and team meetings
    • Handover of work progress and projects to stakeholders

Qualifications


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 2+ years of experience in the EV and infrastructure environment
  • Experience of system and automations software in EV business is required.
  • Knowledge in the field of calibration and its cost calculation
  • Knowledge in grid infrastructure
  • Experience in building infrastructure
