You will have responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, creating a welcoming and professional experience.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing logistics.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory for the Executive Office.
- Liaise with internal departments (HR, IT, Facilities, etc.) to support office needs.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Executive Assistant or Executive Team.
