You will have responsibilities including but not limited to:

  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, creating a welcoming and professional experience.
  •  Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  •  Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
  •  Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing logistics.
  •  Monitor and maintain office supply inventory for the Executive Office.
  •  Liaise with internal departments (HR, IT, Facilities, etc.) to support office needs.
  •  Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Executive Assistant or Executive Team.

  • Salary range - $20.48 - $30.67.
