Summary

It is the responsibility of the I&D Coordinator to under limited supervision, coordinate the pre-planning preparation of the Installation and Dismantle process and track, confirm, and verify the process by show. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence. Support a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures, taking personal responsibility for safety, reporting hazards or concerns promptly, and contributing to a culture that prioritizes safety every day.

 

This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer high volume of phone inquiries.
  • Maintain all Installation & Dismantle (I&D) orders and show files.
  • Interact with coworkers in I&D, other departments, and branches daily.
  • Cultivate new and existing exhibitor relationships.
  • Generate correspondence and handle special projects.
  • Cover for laborers at show site as scheduled.
  • Instruct team members on show site as required.
  • Function as floor supervisor when requested.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Complete required safety training and apply safe work practices at all times.
  • Immediately report any workplace accidents, near misses, hazards, or unsafe conditions to a manager or through an appropriate reporting channel.
  • Participate in safety discussions and communicate concerns or feedback openly to help maintain a safe work environment.
  • Use tools, equipment, and protective gear properly to prevent injuries and incidents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous trade show and/or I&D labor experience are preferred.
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and applicable OSHA requirements.
  • Ability to consistently follow safety rules and contribute to a positive safety culture.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

OSHA 10 Certification required.
