Through our partnership with Legacy Medical Academy, we offer a structured, paid pathway to CNA certification while you gain hands-on experience supporting residents in a caring healthcare environment.

This role is ideal for compassionate individuals ready to commit to a short-term training schedule that leads to a long-term healthcare career.

CNA Training Schedule - Goshen College

To help you plan ahead, here�s what the training commitment looks like:

  • Class Sessions @ Goshen College

    Evening classes 5:30�9:30 PM (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Every other Saturday)

    Saturday sessions 8:00 AM�2:30 PM

  • Lab Sessions \ Clinical Days

    Evening labs 5:30�9:30 PM

  • Clinical Days:

    Mix of daytime (8:00 AM�5:00 PM) and evening (5:30�9:30 PM) clinicals

    Scheduled April�May

Total program runs from March 16, 2026, through May 4, 2026

(Full schedule provided during the interview process.)

What We�re Looking For

  • Interest in starting a healthcare career

  • Commitment to completing CNA certification within the program timeline

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)

  • Prior caregiving experience helpful but not required

  • Ability to commit to 6 months of full-time employment after CNA licensure

  • Two letters of recommendation

  • Willingness to complete 2�4 hours of volunteer job shadowing prior to hire
