Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Henryville, Indiana (Clark County)
Setting: In-Home / Field-Based
Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 1:00pm – 6:00pm Hours: 25 hours/week
Pay: $27–$28/hour

About This Role

Achievers ABA Therapy is looking for a dependable part-time RBT to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children in the Henryville area. Afternoon and evening availability is required — sessions run 1:00pm to 6:00pm. Consistent schedule, close BCBA supervision, and a team that genuinely supports your growth.

What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate session data
• Build consistent rapport with clients and their families
• Communicate session progress to your supervising BCBA
• Support positive behavior strategies in the home environment

What We're Looking For

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain upon hire (training provided)
• Available Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–6:00pm — this schedule is fixed
• Reliable transportation
• Patient, consistent, and genuinely good with kids
