Overview London | Onsite 4–5 days per week We are hiring an Office Manager / Team Assistant to help shape a welcoming, well‑run and energising London office. This role sits at the heart of our day‑to‑day experience, ensuring our people, partners and visitors feel supported from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll bring care, organisation and ownership to how the office operates, creating an environment where great work can happen. Responsibilities Owning the smooth day‑to‑day running of the London office, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they escalate Creating a consistently well‑presented, welcoming space for employees, clients and visitors Developing and maintaining office processes that support efficiency, sustainability and a positive workplace experience Managing post, couriers, stationery and shared supplies across two floors, with clear tracking of spend Coordinating external partners such as building management, facilities, AV and other suppliers Supporting the EA team with expenses, catering, meeting room coordination and travel logistics Providing cover and support for travel requests during busy periods and planned leave Qualifications Experience in an Office Manager, Team Assistant or similar workplace‑focused role A calm, professional approach with strong interpersonal skills and sound judgement Clear and confident communication, both written and verba lSolid organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities at once Comfort managing budgets, suppliers and administrative processes A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the confidence to work independently Reliability, discretion and a genuine care for creating a great employee experience Additional information Digitas offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
