- Deliver differentiated instruction in academics, communication, and social-emotional skills
- Design and implement positive behavior support plans and classroom management systems
- Utilize evidence-based practices (e.g., ABA-informed strategies, structured teaching, visual supports, AAC)
- Collect and analyze student data to inform instruction and monitor progress
- Collaborate with related service providers and support staff
- Supervise and support paraprofessionals, including 1:1 aides
- Maintain compliance with all special education regulations, documentation, and timelines
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environment

- Valid Special Education Teaching Certification (required)
