JOB SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS
- JOB SUMMARY
  - Under supervision of a physical therapist, provides physical therapy treatments to all ages to maximize patient function within their physical limitations/disabilities through various physical therapy treatment interventions.
  - PRN position but looking for fairly regular coverage 1 full day per week or 2 partial days pending availability in outpatient ortho setting.
    
    Additional hours available if willing to train for occasional inpatient assist.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  - Professional & Technical Skills
    - Good communication skills, ability to apply the theory of physical therapy, competency in performing physical therapy treatments and operating equipment, basic computer skills.
  - Education
    - Minimum of an associate’s degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
  - License(s) or Certification(s)
    - Valid physical therapist assistant license in the state of Indiana
  - Other Skills or Requirements
    - CPR certification
  - Skilled to Care for Certain Age-Related Patient Groups (incumbents will be skilled in the care of the following patient groups)
