Nonprofit Fundraiser – $20/hr Guaranteed – Providence
We’re hiring fundraisers in Providence to represent some of the world’s most impactful nonprofit organizations.
This role is ideal for outgoing people who enjoy talking with others, building connections, and contributing to meaningful social change.
No prior fundraising experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.
Our teams work together to build public support for major nonprofit campaigns through face-to-face outreach and community engagement.
You’ll be working alongside passionate, welcoming people who genuinely care about making a difference, while building skills in communication, advocacy, and nonprofit outreach.

Schedule
Shifts are 8-hour shifts scheduled between:
10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekday and weekend shifts available
Year-round employment
We do our best to provide consistent schedules while allowing flexibility so team members can pursue school, creative work, activism, or other life commitments.
To ensure strong team consistency, new hires must be able to commit to:
Minimum 4 full shifts per week
Minimum 32 hours per week
What We're Looking For
Successful fundraisers on our team tend to be:
Outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people
Strong communicators who enjoy social interaction
Passionate about social justice, environmental, or humanitarian causes
Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
Comfortable working outdoors and on their feet
Experience in fundraising, nonprofit work, advocacy, community outreach, sales, hospitality, customer service, activism, retail, education, volunteering, or other public-facing roles is helpful – but not required.
