• We offer a competitive hourly wage with a high shift differential on off shifts and all weekend shifts 
• Our neighborhoods have lighter assignments - CNAs on day shift have a 1:6 ration, evenings is 1:8, and nights is 1:15! 
• We offer a generous career matrix that will allow CNAs to get reimbursed for any schooling  
• We have local partnerships with Isabella Graham School for LPN's and Roberts Wesleyan- earn your degree while working and get reimbursed for it! 
• We offer weekend contracts (and earn a higher hourly wage) and float contracts  
• We offer flexible shifts - want to work 3 12 hour shifts? You got it!
