Job Description

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)- MUST HOLD ACTIVE CERTIFICATION!!

Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid / Field-Based
$65,000 – $75,000 annually + incentives

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a growing ABA agency providing compassionate, evidence-based services to children and young adults with Autism. We value collaboration, clinical growth, and strong team support.

We’re hiring a BCaBA for a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll support clinical programming, work closely with BCBAs, and continue developing your skills—with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you.

Role Structure

The role is currently primarily a 2-tier model (BCBA + BT/RBT). As the company continues to grow, there may be a future transition to a 3-tier model (BCBA + mid-level + BT/RBT), but at this time it remains a 2-tier structure.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Competitive salary: $65K–$75K
  • Optional productivity incentives (up to $6,000/year)
  • Retention bonuses at 6 and 12 months
  • Health, Dental & Vision insurance
  • SIMPLE IRA with up to 3% company match
  • Mentorship and professional development opportunities
  • CEU support and professional development opportunities

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise clinical care for BTs/RBTs for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients)
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
  • Support assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidance
  • Track and review client progress
  • Collaborate with families and clinical team members
  • Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery

How We Support You

  • Clinicians manage their own schedules, with support from a dedicated Scheduling Team
  • Client success and family communication support
  • Billing and authorization assistance
  • HR onboarding, training, and development support
  • Clinical tools, templates, and systems provided

What We’re Looking For

  • Active BCaBA certification (BACB)
  • ABA experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles and Orange County

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Qualified candidates will be contacted promptly.
